A series of FREE workshops commencing September 20th 2024.

 

Qigong is an ancient evolving practise, beneficial for all, that includes healing postures, movement, self-massage, breathing techniques, visualisation and meditation.

An holistic system of health, qigong is enjoyable to do, believed to increase longevity, and induces calm mental and emotional states.

Writing is another healthy self-care practice, and scientific studies have shown that a regular writing practice can improve physical, mental, and emotional health in dramatic ways.

Qigong & Taiji practises focus on cultivating alignment and harmonious energy flow.

Proper alignment is the cornerstone of health.

Floor barre is a wonderful strengthening & conditioning programme for everyone, regardless of age or ability. Work through all the important muscle groups whilst the body is safely supported by the floor.
